Started by creating a test brand called 4PWellness, mocking up a range of wellness products to see which ones had the best market potential in the Health & Wellness market

Audience Breakdown (Research)

We analysed top competitors’ ads and dug into who they were targeting. This gave us a clear idea of what messaging works and which audience segments were actually converting.

Initial Ad Run

After our initial campaign, we saw great results. With just £20 (around $27), we reached over 4,000 people. The cost-per-click (CPC) was only £0.12, meaning it cost us barely anything to get people onto the site. Our click-through rate (CTR) hit 3.14%, showing strong interest and relevance. And the cost per 1,000 impressions (CPM) was just £5.05, which is super efficient for brand exposure.

Audience Refinement

After seeing results better than industry averages, we dug deeper into the data. Turns out, women aged 18–24 barely engaged—only 4% of clicks came from them. But women aged 25–44 made up 90% of the clicks, with those 35–44 costing just 10p per click.

So, we stripped out low-performing audiences and doubled down on the ones that actually worked—cutting waste and boosting ROI.

Optimised & Scaled

To test how dialed in the strategy was, the same £20 ad spend was used again, and the results showed noticeable improvement.

Reach jumped from 3,800 to 5,500 people, while the cost per thousand impressions (CPM) dropped from £4 to just £3. The click-through rate (CTR) stayed steady, meaning more people saw and interacted with the ads without extra spend—proof that refining the targeting made the campaign more efficient.
